Returns & Exchanges

Because each Canyon Grove Designs item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to selecting the wrong size, color, or changing your mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lexi@canyongrovedesigns.com with your order number and photos. We'll make it right.

Please double-check the size chart before placing your order. If you have questions about sizing, we're happy to help before you order.

Preorder items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
